It’s the difference that true personal attention and real old fashioned, craftsmanship make. Every conceivable part of your new home, from the foundation up, is designed and built to ensure a lasting product. We thrive on a sense of accomplishment from a job well done and are incredibly fortunate in that what we love, just happens to also be what we do! We build every house with passion like it’s our very own and we have immense pride in what we do.
WE ARE TRULY HANDS-ON.
It’s the difference that dealing with a family run and operated business makes. From architectural design and drafting straight through to installing the doorbell button on your newly completed home, and almost everything in-between… nearly every job is taken care of from within. We employ only trusted friends and no outside trades or persons are allowed unsupervised on the project site at any time. Cabinets are hand-built onsite by our European trained furniture maker and even the owners’ 75 year old father can be found onsite for a few hours every day. He still proudly shares his knowledge and leads the charge with a work ethic unmatched anywhere in the industry. That is truly hands on!
THERE ARE NO MINOR DETAILS.
It’s the difference that thoughtfulness to detail makes. Every job is important when building a new luxury home. We are especially mind-full of areas that others overlook. Heavy attention is given to items that are not typically seen. Even the concrete we order is custom mixed stronger, every nook and cranny is sealed and insulated, supports are reinforced, foundations bigger, drainage better designed. When building a luxury home, there are no minor details.
WE LOVE TO SHARE THE PROCESS WITH YOU.
It’s the difference that watching your dream home unfold in front of your eyes makes. We encourage you to be as involved as possible and visit the construction site often. We love to show off how we do things better. From your very 1st set of preliminary drawings to a working set of engineered blueprints, we want you involved. From watching the initial excavation, to walking through the timber structure for the first time, to having coffee onsite with all of us in the morning. We love to have you there. Imagine working alongside a builder that personally shows you why and how he does things better instead of just hearing about it during a sales pitch. Every step of the process is exciting and we love to share the process with you.

We do not follow standard building practices, take shortcuts, or imitate others. Rather, our approach is entirely unique. We have our own methods and our own standards to ensure an unparallel level of quality. Simply put, we build a better, stronger house…Period. We refuse to apply standard house building measures to our exclusive luxury homes because we do things different.
